Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Interval Timer mobile application (the “Application”), provided by JustCodeMobile (the “Service Provider”). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must uninstall the Application and discontinue use.
License
The Service Provider grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app marketplace from which you obtained the Application.
Not medical advice
The Application is a fitness timer tool. It is not medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. You are solely responsible for how you train.
Subscriptions and one-time purchases
The Application offers, in addition to the free ad-supported version, the following paid options to unlock Premium features (presets, history, circuit mode, warm-up & cool-down, ad removal):

Monthly auto-renewable subscription (product ID
com.interval_timer.app.monthly) — renews every 1 month. -
Yearly auto-renewable subscription (product ID
com.interval_timer.app.yearly) — renews every 12 months. -
Lifetime one-time purchase (product ID
com.interval_timer.app.lifetime) — permanent unlock for the active Apple ID / Google account.
Current prices, including any introductory offer or free trial, are shown in the in-app paywall before confirmation, and on the App Store / Google Play product page.
Auto-renewing subscriptions disclosure (Apple App Store)
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
- Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to your device Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions after purchase.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Lifetime purchase
The lifetime option is a single, non-recurring purchase tied to the Apple ID / Google account used at the time of purchase, and can be restored on other devices using the “Restore purchases” button in the paywall, as long as you sign in with the same Apple ID / Google account.
Rewarded temporary access
The Application may also offer temporary reward access (e.g. 90 minutes of Premium features) by watching a rewarded advertisement. This temporary access does not constitute a purchase and is not refundable.
Refunds
Refund requests follow Apple’s and Google’s policies and are handled by the relevant platform store. For questions about subscriptions or purchases, contact justcode.mobile@gmail.com.
Right of withdrawal for EU / EEA / UK consumers (digital content)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, EEA or United Kingdom, you have, in principle, a 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase of digital content under Directive 2011/83/EU and the corresponding UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, by completing your purchase and starting to use the Premium features immediately, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal once execution has begun, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Where applicable law grants you a non-waivable refund right, the platform store (Apple App Store / Google Play) will handle your request according to its own policy.
Advertising
If you use an ad-supported version of the Application, third-party ads (Google AdMob) may be shown. In the EU/EEA/UK/Switzerland a Google UMP consent prompt is shown to obtain or refuse consent for personalised ads. Ad providers may collect data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Application, its source code, design, sound assets, icons, text and trademarks are owned by the Service Provider or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property right to you, beyond the limited license granted above.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Application, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, bypass paywalls or entitlement checks, reverse engineer it to steal services, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Disclaimer
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE SERVICE PROVIDER DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Mandatory consumer warranties under applicable EU / national law are not affected.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE PROVIDER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, personal injury or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes
The Service Provider may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this site, with a revised “Effective date”. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Italy, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protection rights granted to you by the laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
